Fee Details
Fees are invoiced each term. Fees are kept as low as possible and income for the group is supplemented, where possible, by other forms of fund raising.
To ensure access for all and be inclusive Hawke will consider awarding scholarships to assist parents / caregivers financially.
Included in the fees is the payment for membership of Scouting New Zealand.
Joining Fee
- $80 (including green activity shirt, scarf, woggle)

These are the new fees starting 2024 term 4.

Other Fees To Consider
- Formal Blue Scout Shirt ~ $49 Buy from scouts store (or check with section leader for 2nd hand option for $25)
- Green Activity Shirt - (Now included with joining fee, also free size exchanges)
- Replacement Woggle: $5 (first one included in joining fee)
- Replacement Scarf: $10 (first one included in joining fee)
- Camp Fees - Approx $95 for a 2 day camp

Payments
Term fees will be invoiced approximately week 3 or 4 of each term. Please pay when you receive your invoice.
For all other costs, please make payments to our bank account, using a reference that helps us reconcile the payment to your youth.
